Hospices of Hope's mission is to support the development of hospice/palliative care in South-East Europe through improving access to good quality services and education for children and adults affected by terminal or life-limiting illnesses, together with support for their family members and carers. We work through our country partner charities in Romania, Serbia, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Greece and Albania and provide advocacy, technical expertise, training and funding. We believe that everyone in this region should be entitled to free of charge professional holistic care during their illness and and at the end of life.
